Case studyCopperline Coffee Co.

BrewBot

An embeddable support agent that answers from the store's actual docs, cites its sources, and hands off to a human when it doesn't know.

Copperline is a six-person specialty-coffee store drowning in “where's my order / how do I descale” emails. We wrote their help content into a knowledge base and shipped an embeddable AI agent that installs on any website with one script tag.

Demo build — fictional business. The scenario is invented so we can show the system honestly; the pipeline you’re about to see is real and running.

Built in 2 days — scoped in the morning, working by evening. That pace is the product.
